Summer Camps for Young Children

 

We will share delightful, gently paced mornings on the beautiful grounds of the
All Souls Interfaith Gathering in Shelburne. Peaceful meadows, rolling hills and quiet
woodlands overlooking Lake Champlain will be the setting for our mornings together.
Outdoors we will play, hike, picnic, build and tend fairy houses. Will we see a
real fairy? I hope so! We will explore and celebrate nature all around us. We’ll spy
chipmunks, squirrels, salamanders, frogs, squirmy worms and chirping birds. Don’t
forget friendly bugs ~ caterpillars, butterflies, dragonflies, grasshoppers, crickets and
ladybugs.

In our light, spacious classroom we will do art projects, engage in music and
drama, enjoy free play with simple toys, share stories and wonderful children's
literature, and perhaps a little cooking and baking.

We emphasize kindness and gentle care for one another and for the plants
and creatures of the earth. The small class size of six children encourages sweet
friendships, ensures ample supervision, and supports individual care and attention.

Tree House Camps for 5 year olds are appropriate for children who turn 5 by

September 2026 entering Kindergarten (with some flexibility.)   Mon-Fri 8:30-1:00

 

Tree House Camps for 4 year olds are appropriate for children who turn 4 by September 2026 entering Pre-K (with some flexibility.) Mon-Fri 8:30-1:00

 

     July 6-10              5 year olds   Monday-Friday    

 

       July 13-17            5 year olds  Monday-Friday            

 

       July  20-24          5 year olds  Monday-Friday          

 

       July 27-31            5 year olds  Monday-Friday

       August 3-7          4 year olds Monday-Friday            

 

      August 10-14       4 year olds Monday-Friday             

 

      August 17-21       4 year olds   Monday-Friday          

 

Tuition is $235.   All materials are included.  

Please note that many families are able to deduct tuition

as a childcare expense. If you need a receipt with my

EIN number, please let me know.
